Prerequisites
The State Department of Human Services, which licenses preschools, works in partnership with the Hawaii Careers With Young Children (HCYC) Registry. All KCAA school staff are required to apply with the Registry as a condition of employment. If you are not already registered, please go to the PATCH website to get your Registry Application forms:
